This rare Steiff is produced by the famous German toy company Steiff.
Dimensions of Bison : height = ± 16 cm
length = ± 23 cm
He was born tss 1960 and 1963
Very nice Bison with small black and brown glass eyes, horns are made of felt and it is filled with wood wool
All of Steiff's bison are rare... it was only in production for a short time
In 1960 there was a special edition for the US with the number 1317.90. In 1962 and 1963 the same version was made for worldwide distribution with the number 1317.00
Unfortunately, Bison lost his button, label and chest tag somewhere along the way... so I can't figure out which of the 2 number this Bison wore
